Position Overview
B&J Catalano is looking for experienced MC/HC & HR Truck Drivers to join our Transport team. This hands‑on role requires expertise in safe and efficient operation of MC/HC & HR vehicles with a focus on safety, reliability, and top‑notch service.
Key Responsibilities
Operate HC MC Tipper Truck safely and efficiently to transport materials as required.
Conduct pre‑tip and post‑trip inspections of the vehicle.
Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials in accordance with safety protocols.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company regulations.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections and material deliveries.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.
Report any vehicle malfunctions or safety issues promptly.
To be successful in either role, you will need:
Hold a MC/HC WA Driving Licence with a minimum of 2 years' experience operating multi‑combination vehicles.
Strong commitment to safety and operational best practices.
Proven experience with side or end tippers.
Background in Mining, Quarrying or Civil Operations is highly regarded.
Driver Fatigue Management Certification (WA).
Current Commercial Drivers Medical Assessment.
Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
