Family Law Attorney
We are seeking a qualified Family Law Attorney to join our team in Rockhampton, Queensland.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting issues, and divorce proceedings.
As a Family Law Attorney, you will provide clear, strategic advice to clients and represent them in court when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage family law matters, including property settlements, parenting issues, and divorce proceedings
* Provide clear, strategic advice to clients and represent them in court when required
* Work closely with a Director and collaborate with colleagues across the department
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
* Contribute to the growth of the practice through business development and networking
* For senior lawyers, take on leadership responsibilities, guide junior team members, and contribute to strategic decision-making
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years post-admission experience in family law is required.
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary.
A client-focused approach with the ability to manage sensitive matters professionally is also required.
