PROGRAM PRODUCER – Into the Arena: Climate Leadership Accelerator

This role is primarily focused on the development and delivery of one of our flagship offerings, Into the Arena: Climate Leadership Accelerator (ITA) - an immersive systems leadership program designed to support leaders, founders and changemakers to accelerate climate action within their organisations, industries and communities.
The Climate Leadership Accelerator brings together world-class facilitators, practitioners and partners to create a deeply considered learning journey grounded in systems thinking, regenerative leadership and practical action. The Program Producer is the champion of the ITA, holding day to day program delivery – from ticket sales and networking through to program production, participant experience and completion.
The Program Producer will also provide program support for at least one other Small Giants Academy Deep Dive offering, and may contribute to the production of bespoke programs and partnership led opportunities that align with our mission and values. This is a role at the heart of Small Giants Academy's work.
THE ROLE
Working closely with the Head of Programs, this Program Producer is responsible for the successful design, delivery and growth of the Climate Leadership Accelerator. You will oversee the program lifecycle, including sales and recruitment, network partnerships, content coordination, logistics, budgeting and holding a high quality learning experience.
You will work closely with expert facilitators, partners and the Small Giants Academy team to ensure each cohort is delivered with excellence, care and what we call enlightened hospitality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Program Delivery & Operations
Implement end to end program production, including communications, updating an interactive online learning platform, timelines, budgets and delivery plans
Coordinate facilitators, speakers, guides and partners for online and in-person elements
Organise online zoom sessions, in-person retreats and community events
Research for program elements and reading
Editing/updating slide decks and other delivery materials.
Sales & Recruitment
Support program ticket sales from launch through to cohort completion, including calls with interested participants and engaging with EOI lists.
Coordinate information sessions (led by facilitators/Head of Programs)
Onboard new participants.
Support networking to increase program reach and impact
Collaborate on marketing and outreach efforts (led by Head of Marketing)
Participant Experience & Content Support
Project manage content design and session flow in collaboration with facilitators and Head of Programs
Support the participant journey, ensuring a meaningful and well-held experience
Act as a key point of contact for participants before, during and after the program
Broader Contribution
Support the delivery of other Small Giants Academy initiatives and programs as required
Contribute to the ongoing evolution and improvement of the Climate Leadership Accelerator
REQUIRED SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
Demonstrated alignment with Small Giants Academy's philosophy, values and purpose driven approach to leadership
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills
Administration, operations and/or project management experience
Confidence to guide prospective participants through decision making and onboarding
Ability to work comfortably in an online delivery environment (programs are primarily virtual)
Ability to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals
Background or demonstrated interest in climate action
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
Leadership development, education or facilitation environments
Planning and delivering high-quality programs, events or creative learning experiences
Program or event sales
Partnerships, business development, entrepreneurial environments or revenue generating program models
Storytelling, marketing or external communications
Community engagement, particularly in online or cohort-based programs
Ability to work effectively with AI and a range of online tools and applications

WORKING HOURS
4 days per week, with flexibility required as programs often run outside standard business hours (including evenings).
