Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate support worker to provide care and assistance to our NDIS participant. Your role will involve supporting the individual with personal care, daily living activities, and community participation at the local swimming pool and occasional outings.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with personal care in the mornings
* Support with daily living activities and routines
* Provide occasional help around the house
* Participate in social and community activities
* Escort to shopping and social activities as required

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require relevant qualifications in disability, minimum 1 year of industry experience after qualification, and current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. You must also have a valid driver's licence, be able to provide care on a one-to-one ratio, and be proficient in both written and verbal English.
