Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies driven to make healthcare better. We are seeking passionate people managers from across Australia to join our Joint Replacement & Upper Extremities team.

The Role requires delivering exceptional service, exceeding goals, and driving continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation with a focus on improving patient and healthcare outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

* Craft sales plans to gain growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus, and education.
* Build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities and provide value through product knowledge and understanding of their needs.
* Evolve into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
* Devise a strategic business plan and monitor your territory, sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
* Address product issues using knowledge and resourcefulness.
* Be present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and staff, providing technical expertise to registrars, nurses, and other personnel as required.
* Oversee the maintenance of product inventory.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will bring an allied health career or qualification with a strong desire to transition into medical device sales.

* A proven track record of influencing sales, whether in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.
* A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
* Resilience and a positive attitude to navigate a competitive market.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient care.
