Responsibilities
* Architect and deploy secure, scalable, and cost‐effective cloud environments that align with business needs.
* Oversee cloud resources (compute, storage, networking) across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
* Plan and execute migration of applications and data from on‐premises systems to cloud platforms, minimizing disruption.
* Develop scripts and workflows using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate deployments and optimise resource usage.
* Implement robust security measures, monitor compliance, and collaborate with cybersecurity teams to protect cloud environments.
Qualifications
* Hands‐on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
* Expertise with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation for automated deployments and configuration management.
* Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerised applications in cloud environments.
* Strong skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for automation, with familiarity in Java or Go for cloud‐native development.
* Understanding of cloud security best practices, VPC design, VPNs, load balancers, and compliance frameworks.
* Requirement: Australian citizenship and an active NV‐1 AGVSA Security Clearance.
