Responsibilities
* Assist customers with non‐prescription medicine and retail sales
* Mark off orders, replenish, and ticket stock
* Handle prescriptions for processing
* Counsel patients on the appropriate use of non‐prescription medicines
* Housekeeping and maintaining a clean, organised retail pharmacy
* Display and maintain a high level of product knowledge
* Follow policies and procedures to maintain QCPP accreditation
* Customer service, merchandising, and gift wrapping
