Our client is a renowned Australian engineering consultancy with over 40 years of success delivering iconic projects. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, their Sydney office is expanding and now seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their high-performing team.

The Role
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will:
* Apply advanced engineering principles to deliver innovative and economical solutions.
* Lead the design and documentation of structural systems, including specifications, reports, and fee proposals.
* Manage small to large-scale projects, including tender submissions, scheduling, budgets, and compliance.
* Review work, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet quality and WHS standards.
About You
We're looking for an experienced and passionate engineer who thrives on solving complex design challenges. You will bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Structural).
* Minimum 7–8 years' post-graduate experience (timber design highly desirable).
* CPEng/NER accreditation (or working towards).
* Proficiency with ETABS, SpaceGass, RAM, and RAPT, plus strong MS Office skills.
* Local site experience on at least one building project.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
* Proven track record delivering complex building projects in the Australian market.
