We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Inventory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring accurate data, and streamlining procurement processes.

In this dynamic position, you will work closely with our internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of our business. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, preparing reports, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
* Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods
* Assist with resolving delivery delays or specification issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting tight deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Intermediate ability to compose and analyze technical data
* Previous experience with inventory/procurement systems (SAP, CRM, Salesforce or similar)
