The Cancer & Wellness Service provides high-quality comprehensive cancer care to those in the Central Hume Catchment, supporting people with cancer at various stages.
* Clinical Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients attending the Unit
* Perform Supportive Care Screening of patients
* Deliver patient/carer education and support
* Administer safe cancer treatments and other medical infusions
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams as required
