Industrial Relations Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and advise on industrial relations strategies, interpretation of enterprise agreements and workplace issues.
* Provide guidance on disciplinary and performance management matters
* Conduct impartial workplace investigations and mediation processes
* Support organisational change initiatives such as restructures, redeployment and workforce planning
* Deliver training and coaching to leaders on people management, conflict resolution and engagement
