Responsibilities:
* Responding to client enquiries and providing administrative support to Senior Account Managers
* Processing new business, renewals, endorsements and quotations accurately and efficiently
* Preparing client and insurer correspondence and maintaining updated claims and policy records
* Assisting with customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution
* Developing knowledge of insurance products, client industries and regulatory requirements
* Managing a portfolio of private motor & domestic insurance
* Collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive, values-driven work environment
Requirements:
