Role Overview:
* Provide architectural leadership and expert guidance across SAP S/4HANA, with a strong emphasis on Sales & Distribution (SD).
* Design, develop, and deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned to business needs and best practice.
* Drive system integrations leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
* Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
* Mentor junior team members, share best practices, and promote technical excellence across the SAP function.
* Keep up to date with the latest SAP technologies to ensure the business remains ahead of the curve.
Key Requirements:
* 8+ years SAP technology experience, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role.
* Strong background in SAP S/4HANA (SD module), SAP BTP, and SAP CPI.
* Proven experience delivering retail supply chain solutions across forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment.
* Skilled in designing and integrating enterprise solutions across multi-region cloud environments.
* Able to operate effectively in both Waterfall and Agile delivery models.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead in high-pressure situations.
* Experience working with outsourced and offshore teams.
