Business Sales Manager – Role Overview
We are looking for a
driven and customer-focused Business Sales Manager
to support business development, drive sales, and manage strategic partnerships in a fast-paced retail and technology environment. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, retaining and upselling to existing ones, and delivering exceptional end-to-end customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Generate new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships
 * Work cross-functionally with marketing, inside sales, and support teams to drive pipeline growth
 * Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of transactions and performance
 * Deliver sales targets and contribute to demand planning and partner development
 * Represent the brand with professionalism and executive presence
 * Drive customer success through tailored technology solutions
Requirements:
 * 3+ years in sales or business development, ideally in tech, hardware, or eCommerce
 * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
 * Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
 * Experience with tenders (RFT/RFP), government contracts, and scaling partner deals
 * Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a hunter mentality
Preferred:
 * Experience with hardware partnerships and demand planning
 * Familiarity with government contract processes (e.g., C999/C9826 codes)
 * University degree or equivalent work experience
