Responsibilities
Provide personalised service to new and existing Members and become skilled across our products and services.
Manage and process basic to complex personal and credit card lending, as well as basic mortgage lending.
Assist the Local Manager with business development and the management and processing of complex loans.
Organise loan distribution and ensure cheques are accurately issued to the appropriate parties.
Assist with training and coaching of staff.
Own the retention program in relation to the mortgage book for Mount Pleasant members.
Qualifications / Selection Criteria
Lending experience and sales skills
A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Sound mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Understanding of Queensland Country products and services (desirable)
