Essential Criteria
* Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification with a minimum Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Business Finance, or MBA degree.
* A minimum of ten years of direct experience in a community service environment, including successful team leadership.
* Excellent prioritization, time, and project management skills, with a strong psychological resilience capacity and calmness in dynamic environments.
* Ability to coordinate and promote a multi-disciplined environment with high standards of care, quality assurance, audit, and risk management.
