Solar Sales Manager (D2D Teams + Consultants)
We are seeking an experienced Solar Sales Manager to build, train, and lead small door-to-door lead generation teams while managing and scaling a team of solar sales consultants.
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who understands door‐to‐door, knows how to drive KPIs, and can turn leads into consistent installs. You'll be rewarded with a competitive retainer plus uncapped commissions tied directly to team performance.
We also have confirmed call centre appointments for the team to close.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, build, and manage door-to-door lead generation teams and consultants across QLD, NSW and TAS.
* Train and coach lead generators on scripts, mindset, and performance.
* Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for lead generation.
* Manage and mentor solar sales consultants.
* Ensure quality appointments and high conversion rates.
* Oversee sales pipeline from lead through to signed contracts.
* Monitor CRM, lead quality, and consultant performance.
* Drive sales growth and continuous improvement across teams.
