Job Description:
Our organization seeks an experienced Training Designer/ Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing training content, from technical to leadership training across the business.
Key Responsibilities Include:

* Design and develop training material across the business with a focus on the Inspection and Reconditioning Centre team.
">
* Develop materials that drive organisational learning and results, including videos, e-learning modules, workbooks, instructor guides.
">
* Provide creative exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
">
* Work cross-functionally to conduct training needs assessments and build training plans accordingly.
">
* Train others to ensure successful and consistent program facilitation.
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

* Tertiary qualifications in adult learning, training, and assessment.
">
* A minimum of 5 years' work experience in instructional design.
">
* Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
">
* Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
">
* Experience with creative content tools and a Learning Management System would be beneficial.
">
* Experience in an automotive or manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
