The Opportunity**
We're looking for a hands-on, inspiring Restaurant Manager** who lives and breathes hospitality. Someone who knows how to lead from the floor, energise a team, and create an experience guests want to return to again and again.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment and understands both the art and the commercial side of running a successful restaurant.
**What You'll Be Responsible For****
* Overseeing daily operations across front and back of house
* Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing FOH team
* Managing rosters in line with service standards and labour budgets
* Driving exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback with care and confidence
* Optimising bookings, table management and floor flow
* Managing inventory, ordering and stock control
* Overseeing and elevating the beverage program to drive revenue
* Reducing waste and identifying opportunities to improve profitability
* Running pre-service briefings and ongoing training
* Maintaining the venue's presentation, energy and atmosphere
* Building strong relationships with regular guests and the local community
**About You****
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (or senior leader ready to step up) within a fine dining or premium venue
* Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of P&L drivers
* A natural leader who builds culture, accountability and team pride
* Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Passionate about food, wine and delivering genuinely memorable service
