The Learning Support Officer role involves delivering targeted assistance to students who require extra help. This includes working one-on-one or in small groups with students to build their confidence, skills, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote a school vision aligned with Catholic values.
* Support students' spiritual growth and foster a respectful school culture.
* Assist students in developing literacy, numeracy, social, and integration skills.
* Develop programs for use in the learning support centre.
* Perform administrative duties as required.
The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality.
