As a Hilti Store Representative you will work with the wider retail sales team in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the store and provide a superior level of service to our customers through product demonstrations and service consultations.
This is not an ordinary retail sales job; we focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers in understanding their business needs and how our solutions can add value. The role is fast‑paced and KPI driven yet rewarding as you will play an active role in strengthening our partnerships.

What You'll Do
* Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the store
* Initiate customer contact, build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers
* Oversee all customer touchpoints, including sales, repairs and client input
* Achieve retail sales targets and profitable growth
* Maintain Hilti's customer database through Salesforce
* Ensure operational excellence – inventory controls and processes, data entry quality, store utilities upkeep
