About the Role:
This Home Support Assistant role involves providing personal care, household assistance, and companionship to our clients.
You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored support services and enhance the quality of life for our clients.
This is a part-time opportunity, working shifts Monday-Friday during daytime hours, with travel to various locations in Frankston City.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care and hygiene support
* Assisting with meal preparation and household chores
* Offering social support and companionship
* Transporting clients to appointments and activities
* Supporting clients with mobility and daily living tasks
To be considered for this role, you must have relevant qualifications, a valid Victorian driver's licence, and a roadworthy vehicle with insurance.
