Key Responsibilities
Sales target achievement through generation of sales opportunities, conducting sales calls and lead follow through.
Utilising CRM (Salesforce) functionality to capture, identify, and generate opportunities from our existing customer base.
Increase Solventum profile in the dental marketplace and build brand loyalty through a customer-first approach.
Become an expert in clinical data and promote effective use of Solventum products.
Continued personal growth through career planning and training.
Key Criteria
Both Dental and sales backgrounds are preferred.
Drive to exceed sales targets.
Ability to plan for time optimisation in territory management.
Proactive and agile response to customer needs and requests.
Focus on continuous learning.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent IT skills.
High level of interdependence, can-do attitude, self-motivation, flexibility, and adaptation to change.
Ability to travel (role will require in-state travel and may also require interstate or international travel).
