Moyne Health Services (MHS) invites applications for the role of Administration Support Officer – Aged Care. This is a part-time position (18 hours per week) and can be worked during school hours, offering excellent flexibility.
About the Role
The Administration Support Officer – Aged Care (ASO) provides high-quality customer service to aged care residents, their families, and visitors.
You will deliver administrative support to the Nurse Unit Manager / Nurse in Charge, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of aged care services.
About YouEssential Qualifications & Experience
* Office Administration qualification or equivalent relevant workplace experience
Key Selection Criteria
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* High-level communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse audiences
* Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while managing competing priorities
* Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong problem-solving, negotiation and organisational skills
* Demonstrated initiative and accountability for tasks
Desirable (Non-Essential)
* Experience using health-related platforms such as Oracle, RiskMan, Platinum-6 or similar systems
* Previous experience working within a healthcare service or organisation
