Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assists with internal and external communication by transparently radiatinginformation
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gatheringinformation; evaluating output requirements and formats
Workshops facilitation and requirements elicitation
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writingspecifications
Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases andelements.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving allrelevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Assist with the development of detailed and comprehensive project plans
Report and escalate as needed
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and their expectationsaccordingly
Risk & Issue Management
Conflict management - Identify differences in understanding and issues as theyarise and elevate them to the team for resolution, or to management if needed
Create and maintain documentation as required
Timely and accurate communication and distribution of information
Assist with managing Agile/Waterfall projects - release planning, budgets,forecasting and status reporting
Work with Product Owners to ensure that testing and feedback is completed in atimely manner and meeting the Sprint timelines
Accountability - take ownership of assigned tasks and pro-actively managingpriorities
Growth mindset - improve based on lessons learned / feedback

Requirements:
Extensiveexperience in Business Analysis (over 10 years of experience)
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
Experience in using MS Office suite, SharePoint, Visio, Jira and confluence
Experience/knowledge on managing Agile/Waterfall projects - release planning,budgets, forecasting and status reporting
