Job Title: Customer Service Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work culture.


About the Role:

You will report directly to the Store Manager and be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the service department and front-of-store areas. This includes leading a team to meet sales targets, managing costs, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.


About You and Your Skills:

* Prior experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership capacity
* Proven track record of developing and coaching teams to achieve business objectives
* Able to drive a collaborative work culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
* Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences
