The Role:
We are seeking a driven and organised Labour Hire Allocator to coordinate daily labour requirements for multiple construction sites. This role involves fast-paced decision-making, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to managing both worker and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Allocate skilled labourers and tradespeople to construction sites based on job specs and availability
* Maintain strong communication with site supervisors, foremen, and clients
* Manage and update worker rosters using scheduling software
* Handle urgent staffing requests and last-minute changes efficiently
* Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and workers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a labour hire, construction scheduling, or recruitment role
* Strong knowledge of construction site operations and trades
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
