Eagers Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive General Manager to join our QLD Provinical management team. This role, reporting to the Group General Manager - QLD Provincial, will be responsible for leading our Toowoomba Kia and Mitsubishi dealership locations in continued success. This is an exciting new opportunity to expand our exisiting leadership team due to ongoing growth of the region.

Key Responsibilities
* Foster a culture of team engagement, performance, accountability and innovation.
* Actively direct the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies.
* Take prominent role in business development initiatives to expand sales.
* Review the operating results of the Dealerships; compare them to established objectives and manufacturers expectations and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to exceed results.
* Hold regular meetings with Management teams to review performance in all areas including, marketing, sales, quality, customer satisfaction, supplier issues and personnel.
* Oversee and drive the People strategy, inclusive of workforce planning, engagement, development and performance.
* Select and supervise Senior Management, empowering them to take responsibility for their departments on day-to-day organisation.
* Manage business relationships at all levels including corporate, OEM's, industry groups and relevant commercial bodies.
* Speak and/or provide suitable Dealership representation at appropriate functions and forums to enhance the profile of the Dealership in the Community.
* In conjunction with the Financial Controller review all budgets and financial performance metrics regularly.
* Manage inventory and control costs.
* Ensure compliance with all aspects of licenses, contracts and other commercial agreements and that employees of Dealerships operate within all statutory and legal requirements.
