Water Dynamics has been Irrigating Australia for over 30 years. As the country's leading T‐L Irrigation distributor and a multi‐branch national business on a clear path of growth out to 2030, we're looking for a senior leader to take the reins of our flagship Mt Gambier branch and partner with the CEO on the national agenda.
Responsibilities. As Branch Manager you will lead our largest, most complex branch — $xxM revenue, 30 people and a fully integrated team across retail, projects, service and trades (drilling, electrical, welding, plumbing). As Assistant General Manager you will partner with the CEO to drive our 2030 strategy, deputise as required and lead group‐wide initiatives.
You bring
* 5+ years leadership in agribusiness, irrigation, capital equipment or related sectors.
* Proven P&L ownership of $5M+ and a track record of margin and EBITDA growth.
* Multi‐disciplinary team leadership across trades, sales and operations.
* Strong financial and digital literacy (CRM, ERP, field‐service).
* A bias for execution, a passion for safety, and a love for regional Australia.
