Key Account Specialist
We are seeking a skilled CPAP Therapy Consultant to enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments at our Launceston clinic.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service in obstructive sleep apnea management.
Responsibilities:
* Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients
* Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone and email communications
* Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
* Promote and upsell our product range and services
* Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment
* Maintain inventory and process clinic orders
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales environments
* Exceptional communication skills
* Independent clinic management capability
* Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
* Proficiency with Google Suite applications
* Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
* Strong organisational and administrational skills
