As a Sales Representative, your focus will be on creating an engaging and memorable customer‑centric environment while driving sales to achieve individual and store targets.
You're:
* A sales gun with a proven track record of kicking retail KPI goals.
* From a retail background, bringing the energy and hustle.
* A natural people‑person, committed to customer‑first, campsite‑ready service.
* A team player who thrives in a camp‑smart, work‑smart culture.
* Keen to learn our massive product range and get behind the tools (POS & otherwise).
* 12v savvy? That's a big bonus (but not a deal‑breaker).
* For Full Time roles: Able to commit to a set roster.
* For Casual roles: Available throughout the week especially on weekends.
