Exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Officer.

This key role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Key responsibilities include document collation, data entry, project management using online systems, job completion, and invoicing documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

* Collation and document upload into our operating system
* Assist with job completion and invoicing documentation
* Support planned maintenance reports
* Data entry and data management within our operating system
* Update project and work order information in online systems
* iPad management including software updates and support for service crews
* General administrative support to the team

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until early April 2024. If you have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and strong administrative abilities, we encourage you to apply.
