* Lead and develop a small team through the busy holiday period
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards with an extensive product range
* Oversee inventory management and daily store operations
Key Requirements:
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle access
* Availability for 4 weeks (December – January period)
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Organised, responsible self-motivated approach
* Retail or customer service background preferred but not essential
