About the Role 
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained portfolio of 100+ properties across the inner south. This role offers a good work-life balance and extensive support from a dedicated admin team. 
Key Responsibilities 
Manage a portfolio of 100+ properties as the single point of contact for clients 
Advertising and showing properties for lease 
Conducting routine and final bond inspections 
Coordinating maintenance requests 
Rent reviews, lease renewals, and arrears management (with admin assistance) 
Building strong landlord and tenant relationships 
About You 
Minimum 2 years’ property management experience 
Solid customer service focus and proactive approach 
Preferably a homeowner or investment property owner 
Reside within 30 minutes of the Willetton area ideally 
Current property management registration and driver’s licence 
Flexibility to set your own schedule, mainly working from home 
Dedicated admin and leave support 
Free office parking & mobile phone provided
