Job Description
Ventia is seeking a Customer Service Officer/Storesperson at our Australian Defence Force Parachuting School in Nowra. You will be a vital member of our stores and warehousing team by providing quality service to our defence personnel.

* One RDO (rostered day off) every fortnight, usually on a Friday
* $28.62 p/hr + super
* Working hours are 7:30am-4:30pm (Mon-Wed) and 7:30am – 4pm (Thurs)

What You'll Be Doing
* Serving customers, receiving, scanning, sorting, and placing incoming goods on shelves, plus preparing the training kits for courses
* Arranging equipment repairs and stock purchases through our computer systems
* Assisting with regular stock takes and cleaning of work site
* Management of all inventories, receipts, and delivery of goods
* General warehouse duties and housekeeping
Our Next Customer Service Officer/Storesperson Will Be
* An Australian Citizen eligible for a Defence security clearance (police check) and reference checks
* Hold a valid driver's licence and reliable transport is essential
* Previous customer service experience with a friendly nature
* Demonstrate strong computer skills and technical savvy
* Have a "hands on" proactive attitude and be physically fit, as the job requires prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing
