What is the role?
Quick overview of the role We're on the lookout for a skilled Customer Service Officer to become a valued member of our Caloundra team, working full-time.
ThisCustomer Service Officer is responsible for front-line customer service, through face-to-face customer interaction, phone & email correspondence, and carrying out general business administration duties associated with branch sales and operations.
This position is based at our Caloundra Branch.
What will you be doing?
Provide high quality over-the-counter customer service.
Support the warehouse with general administrative tasks and stock take functions.
Prioritise & enter sales orders& process any changes.
Ensure all administration tasks are completed within the requirements.
Develop & maintain knowledge ofkey roles in the branch.
Assist with stock take processes.
Coordinate administration & reporting of consumables.
Complete general branch & warehouse administration tasks.
Desired Skills and Experience What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
Previous experience in customer service/administration.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Word, Outlook & Excel.
High attention to detail.
Tidy appearance.
Previous experience in a sales/production environment preferred.
Certificate in Business Administration or similar qualification highly regarded.
Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is advantageous.
