Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to join our team in a permanent full-time position.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers opportunities for growth and development, with comprehensive training onsite and ongoing support from experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle entry-level calls and progress to more complex call types and back-of-house tasks.
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve team objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
* Develop and implement solutions to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
* Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Current Australian Citizenship or eligibility to obtain
* Willingness and eligibility to obtain a security clearance
* Five consecutive years of living in Australia
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

* Permanent full-time position with 38 hours per week
* Hourly rate and incentives
* Mandatory Monday to Friday rotating roster between 8am-8pm (weekend hours may be required as per client needs)
* Penalty rates for weekend work and hours after 7pm
