Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Overview:

The Facilities Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing site operations division facilities management, ensuring seamless execution of daily functions.


This position works closely with Site Operations Leads at each site and other Facilities Coordinators globally, fostering collaboration and standardization across locations.


The Facilities Coordinator provides oversight of facilities functions, guaranteeing employee safety, contractor compliance, and contractual obligations are met. This includes managing vendor performance for maintenance works within site/client guidelines.



Key Responsibilities:

* The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the facilities team to ensure efficient operations.
* They will work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining high-quality services.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration or facility management;
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a facilities-related department;
3. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously; excellent organizational skills;
