IT Service Desk Specialist
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to end-users and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
Job Description:
This is a full-time role based in Canberra. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person interactions;
* Resolve complex technical issues through analysis, diagnosis, and evaluation;
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery;
* Document and track incidents, problems, and requests in our CRM system;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
