Matchworks are on the lookout for a supportive and outgoing Employment Consultant to help people find meaningful work, build confidence, and thrive in their careers.

What you'll do
* Get to know job seekers' strengths, skills and goals — then match them with the right opportunities.
* Create personalised career plans and coach people to prepare for and sustain employment.
* Link job seekers with training, support services, and community connections to set them up for long-term success.
* Build strong employer and community networks to open more doors for the people you support.
What you'll bring
* Great communication skills and the ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
* Strong organisation and multitasking — you're someone who keeps things on track.
* A team-first attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with employers, colleagues and community partners.
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
* Experience in customer service, recruitment, employment services or community support.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
