Program Manager
The Program Manager oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of educational programs that foster children's overall well-being, development, and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement educational programs in collaboration with Assistant Coordinators/Coordinators to ensure alignment with early childhood education best practices.
* Lead Educators in facilitating and extending each child's learning and development by designing program activities and assessments that cater to individual needs.
* Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and stakeholders through regular updates and progress reports.
* Provide mentorship and support to Educators on understanding the educational program and practice, including reflective teaching, intentional interactions, and other strategies.
* Ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
* Manage administrative tasks efficiently.
* Collaborate with families and the school community to promote a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, with demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education.
* Possess a comprehensive working knowledge of approved learning frameworks.
* Have sound experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
* Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comprehensive working knowledge of child development, attachment, and learning.
* Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based best practice approaches to teaching and learning.
* Working knowledge of leadership theory and various leadership styles.
* Well-developed critical thinking skills, including analysis and challenge of conventional practice and ideas.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
* Currently possess, or be willing to obtain, Blue Card.
