We are seeking charismatic Sales professionals to join our expanding team as we support multiple new and established projects across Melbourne's Western growth corridor.

This is a launchpad into the property industry. As a Sales Consultant, you'll gain exposure to different sales suites and play a key part in helping buyers on their journey to homeownership.
You'll be embedded in a team with experienced Estate Managers, learning how to manage sales pipelines, create buyer solutions, and confidently represent masterplanned communities.
1. Assist in the sales process, from enquiry through to settlement.
2. Understand and use RPM's systems and reporting tools.
3. Build relationships and partner with builders to deliver house & land packages.
4. Build local knowledge and contribute to the success of your project team.

About You
You're an energetic self-starter who's looking to grow into a long-term property career. To be considered, you'll need:
1. In-process or completed Agent's Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real-Estate.
2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
3. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
4. Confidence with digital tools (CRM and Office 365 experience preferred).
5. A valid Driver's Licence and full working rights in Australia.
