Job Title: Senior Global Mobility Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in assisting with visa-related tasks and contributing to our success and growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in migration strategies, team leadership, and collaboration with executive management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing migration strategies, leading a team of migration professionals, and improving the quality of visa services offered by the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement migration strategies supporting business activities and group-wide strategy and vision.
* Lead a team of migration professionals and collaborate with executive management to drive growth and success.
* Improve the quality of visa services offered by the business.
* Liaise with the internal overseas recruitment team and Department of Immigration to finalise visa requests.
* Build relationships with employers to support business growth activities.
* Oversee the end-to-end visa application process, including communication, finance, and administrative duties.
* Organise collection of relevant employment documents, including job offers and employment agreements.
* Assist with recruitment activities related to visa applications, including preparing job adverts and interviewing candidates.
* Ensure visa compliance across various entities, including completing VEVO checks and reporting risks.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in a relevant field.
* Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent study.
* Skilled at generating well-organised, legally sound written documents.
* Ability to manage time, resources, and billing requirements effectively.
