Whatyou'llbe doing
* Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve agreed sales targets.
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
* Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
* Maintainaccurateand up-to-date sales activity and pipeline information in CRM systems.
Whatyou'lldo to be successful in the role
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven success selling complex software solutions, with a results-driven mindset.
* Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed KPIs, including pipeline health, opportunity coverage, wallet share, and new customer acquisition.
* Experience leading virtual bid teams, ensuringtimely, coordinated, and high-quality proposal responses.
* Proficiencyin Salesforce, with confidence managing pipelines, forecasts, and opportunities.
* Strong strategic sales planning skills, focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales challenges.
* Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
* Proven success in customer relationship management, building long-term partnerships and driving sustainable growth.
* Qualifications or experience in arboriculture or environmental science will be highly regarded.
