About the role
Our 5th Victorian atomica store is coming to Melton soon, and we're searching for vibrant team members!
Our Glow Assistants are the friendly faces that bring our brand to life! They are customer service experts who know how to make people feel welcome and truly connect with them.
With your passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you'll make every customer feel special. Whether it's helping them find the perfect makeup shade, discovering a new fragrance, or guide them to new and trending products that could soon be their favourite.
Key responsibilities
* Delivering exceptional, tailored service to our customers
* Helping customers find their favorite products and offering recommendations, including new and exciting items
* Processing customer orders at the register with care and ensuring a smooth checkout experience
What we're looking for
* Retail experience with a love for delivering amazing customer service
* A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and all things beauty
* Fantastic communication skills to build real connections with customers
* A creative flair for merchandising
* A team player who knows that together, we shine brighter
* Experience with inventory or registers is also highly valued
