Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 staff members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock replenishment

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role

• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
