Salary guide $60,000 per annum Base + commission = $80,000 in the first year on target earnings

A normal day includes
Calling candidates and assessing their suitability for jobs
Writing job advertisements and assessing ad response
Telephone screening of candidates
Assisting with the writing up on your interview notes of shortlisted candidates
Reference checking
Candidate resourcing and finding innovative ways to source candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
