* Have management experience with proven ability to exceed sales and KPI targets both personally and through your team.
* Can identify opportunities in store to maximise sales.
* Have the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team.
* Can lead from the front and support our company’s culture and values.
* Have good time management and can execute company directives in a swift and thorough manner; with a keen eye for detail.

Compensation
Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
Hours & Schedule
Expected hours: 38 per week
* Afternoon shift
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Public holidays
* Weekend availability

* Experience: Fashion retail: 1 year (preferred)
