The Opportunity Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, portfolio analytics, and month-end performance. You'll partner closely with Product, Collections and Origination teams, influencing decisions from pricing to credit risk and portfolio yield. This role offers: End-to-end ownership across budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis Direct involvement in strategic decision-making across credit, pricing, and product Cross-regional exposure across multiple international markets A blend of commercial analysis and core finance responsibilities The chance to shape reporting automation and system improvements Variety and visibility in a small, agile team - no "staying in your lane" here Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting across revenue, costs, originations and impairments Deliver variance analysis, insights and scenario modelling to support decision-making Manage short and long-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning Monitor funding, covenants and support treasury and FX exposure analysis Provide month-end performance reporting, commentary and KPI tracking Analyse regional and product profitability to identify risks and opportunities Oversee portfolio performance including impairments, arrears and credit trends Support pricing, yield optimisation and commercial decision-making Build business cases, track ROI and support strategic initiatives Drive automation, improve reporting and support broader finance activities About You CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar Experience in financial services - ideally consumer lending or personal credit Strong budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management capability Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills Commercially curious, analytical, and confident partnering with non-finance teams Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-moving environment with broad responsibility Why This Role?
