Medical Advisor - Doctor in Training
This role involves providing medical advice and clinical input to support the delivery of high-quality services. The successful candidate will contribute to increasing awareness and understanding of medico legal issues amongst Doctors in Training.
* Provide timely medical guidance to teams on medical matters.
* Review reports, statements and responses and offer feedback.
* Identify key medical issues including causation concerns.
* Attend meetings with colleagues, mediations and pre hearings where necessary.
To succeed you will need:
* A medical degree (MBBS)
* Current participation in a recognized specialty training program
* Experience in the medical industry
* Attention to detail
* A pragmatic approach
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and advocacy skills
